So what have we done in that time?
1972: The first Tint a Car store opens in King Street, Perth.
1980: Tint a Car grows to 12 stores in Western Australia.
1985: Tint a Car launches the 'Don’t Drive Naked' Campaign - a racy concept that turned heads and gets people talking about Tint a Car!
1990: The network now has 40 stores operating nationally.
1999: The Tint a Car network goes international, branching out in New Zealand.
2000: The network grows even further to 110 stores nationwide.
2007: Tint a Car enters into the start of a great partnership with Bollé Australia.
2008: Tint a Car expands the network into China.
2009: South Korea becomes the next location for an international store opening.
2012: Tint a Car celebrates it's 40th anniversary by 'Bringing the Cool' with a 70’s theme (…you wanna see photos from the staff party!)
2013: Vinyl Car Wraps are added to the product range.
2014: A new state-of-the-art ceramic technology car window tint is launched, Ceramatrix, and is quickly voted No. 1 by all Tint a Car stores for its adaptive temperature control.
2015: Tint a Car introduce Paint Protection Film to the range, providing customers with more options for protecting their ride.
2016: Shelley Craft comes on board as the Tint a Home Style Ambassador!
2017: …is a big year for the Tint a Car group. With some really exciting initiatives in the works, stay tuned for what’s to come!
